About the Masonic Fraternity
First off, my name is 'Marty the Master Mason' and I
would like to tell you a little bit about our organization. Freemasonry is a Fraternity that cares. It is
the oldest and largest fraternity in the world. American Masons
donate approximately $3 Million per DAY to charity. Charity offered
to those in need without regard to gender, race, creed, national
origin, or Masonic affiliation.
If you are a good man who desires to become
better; who wishes to learn more about mankind and his relationship
to God and to nature; to be of benefit to your fellow man; and to
associate with those of a like nature; we invite you to consider
becoming a part of Freemasonry.
Freemasonry is composed of a family of
organizations (see below) bound by common purposes and ideals;
dedicated to improving life by improving human kind. Blue Lodge
Masonry (also known as Craft or Symbolic Masonry) is the starting
point. To be affiliated with any other part of the family you MUST
be a Blue Lodge Mason or a member of a Blue Lodge Mason's family.
Petitions for membership are available by clicking
here.
Once made a Master Mason in the Blue Lodge,
other organizations are open for membership. These include; the York
Rite of Freemasonry; Scottish Rite of Freemasonry; the Shrine; and
the Order of the Eastern Star. The Masonic family also includes
organizations for children: Jobs Daughters; Rainbow for Girls; and
DeMolay for Boys.
